Среди устройств, которые компания Mushkin привезла на выставку CES 2017, можно выделить новые твердотельные накопители формата M.2 2280. Новинки относятся серии Helix и предлагаются в модификациях объёмом от 256 ГБ до 2 ТБ.

SSD основаны на памяти 3D NAND MLC и контроллере Silicon Motion SM2260. Они обеспечивают скорость чтения до 2,5 ГБ/с, а скорость записи — до 1,1 ГБ/с. Производительность соответственно составляет 232 000 и 185 000 IOPS.

Вероятно, младшие модели не смогут похвастаться такими показателями, но всё равно должны быть очень быстрыми.

Для тех, у кого ПК не располагает соответствующими слотами, Mushkin предлагает SSD Reactor3D и Triactor3D типоразмера 2,5 дюйма, оснащённые разъёмом SATA. Они основаны на контроллере Silicon Motion SM2258 и памяти 3D NAND, только в Reactor3D используется память MLC, а в Triactor3D — TLC.

Показали также модель Reactor Wi-Fi, представляющую собой внешний SSD с аккумулятором ёмкостью 6000 мА·ч и модулем Wi-Fi. Более того, устройство может выступать в роли маршрутизатора, точки доступа либо сетевого моста.
